Now it’s your turn!

The first Release Candidate images are ready to be downloaded by you.

Yes, you!

We did our best to prepare these preview images including all the updates and the new features introduced since the last release, but now we need your help to understand how to make it even better, and of course we need your help to understand if there is something that doesn’t work as expected or something that absolutely needs to be included in the final release.

Is the Release Candidate working and usable? Yes, and it was awesome for us to see how all these new updates developed separately were able to work inside the new version, and it left us astonished when we have seen all of them combined together for the first time.

If you want to be helpful and contribute to the new relese as a betatester, all you have to do is to do the following steps:

  1. go to one of our mirror servers (here the list)
  2. go to iso -> testing and download the 64bit (amd64) or the 32bit (i386) version
  3. intensively test and use it
  4. make a full report with your own experience, your suggestions and your bug reports on our beta testing board

Do NOT test parrot 3.4 or 3.4.1 (this was already released and tested months ago)

Do NOT download parrot 3.4 and upgrade it to 3.5 (it was intensively tested already)

It is USELESS for us if you download and test the 3.5 RC but you don’t give us your feedback

We need you to test the 3.5 RC images both in live and installed (your choice)
